Speed Chills accept
responsibility for arranging with due diligence and attention
bookings with third parties on behalf of the applicants. Speed
Chills cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or injury
arising out of acts or omissions of carriers, and other third
parties, over which it has no direct control. The client agrees
that Speed Chills contracts with such parties as the agent on his
behalf.
If through factors
beyond the control of Speed Chills the need arises to cancel or
materially alter your booking; every effort will be made to offer
a suitable alternative.
‘Factors beyond the control of Speed
Chills’ is defined as follows - any event which they or the
supplier of a service could not have predicted or avoided even
after taking all reasonable care. Such events could include war,
threat of war, act or threat of terrorism, riots, civil unrest,
industrial action, nuclear or natural disaster, adverse weather
conditions, fire and any similar reason or circumstance outside
their control.
Cancellations: If a
client wishes to cancel his booking for tickets he must confirm so
in writing. Speed Chills will make every effort to resell the
tickets. If the tickets are not resold no refund will be paid to
the client. If tickets are resold, the monies received by Speed
Chills in the resale less a fee of 25% will be refunded to the
client, by the same means used for original payment.
Speed Chills will
not be responsible for or liable to replace at its cost tickets,
which are mailed by them at the request of a client. All tickets
will be mailed by Royal Mail Special Delivery and include suitable
levels of insurance for loss. Delivery by Royal Mail Special
Delivery is mandatory at a cost of £6.
Tickets are
despatched approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. The precise
date will be confirmed in advance. Tickets will be sent to the
name and address on the original booking form. Where requested
proof that payment originates from this person at this address
must be provided to the satisfaction of Speed Chills; failure to
do so will result in cancellation of the booking. In such
circumstances cancellation as if instigated by the customer will
be deemed to have occurred.
Bookings are only
available to UK residents. You must be at least 18 years of age to
make a booking, and able to create a legally binding contract.
Speed Chills
reserves the right to withdraw the offer of ticket purchase at any
time.
