All prices are per
person. Prices for solo travellers and more than 4 people in a
vehicle available upon request.

standard car as defined by the carrier. Supplements apply for

Speed Chills Private Members Club
New members - £35 per person
Returning members - £30
per person
Under 16's - free (must be accompanied my a member at all times).
Membership of Speed Chills is not
recommended for people opting to book for campsites other than
Camp Creation or Beausejour. The scale of Le Mans means that you are unlikely to
make use of the club if located on other sites.
Grandstand Tickets

Ferry Accommodation
Please note that
accommodation is obligatory on overnight sailings with Brittany
Ferries.

5. What discounts
are you entitled to?
Returning Speed
Chills Members
Speed Chills members
from 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007 qualify for a £10 discount per qualifying person
when booking a self-drive package with Speed Chills Tours.
'No General Admission
Ticket' option
To help those on
tight budgets looking to spread the costs of their Le Mans trip,
we can remove the General Admission ticket part of the package
which reduces the price by £40 per person. You can then purchase
your General Admission tickets upon arrival at the circuit. Please
note that this discount must be applied to all people in a car -
we are unable to offer a 'mix and match' of tickets/no tickets.
Minors (under 16s)
Under 16's are
discounted by £40 per person - this reflects the fact that no
General Admission ticket is required. Please note that under 16s
must be under supervision at all times to avoid the need for a
General Admission ticket and qualify for this discount.
6. What are the Payment Terms?

Full details for each
payment method are detailed on your invoice. A surcharge of
3% will be charged on Paypal and credit card payments. We do not
accept AMEX or debit cards.
A £50 per person
deposit is required within 30 days of booking. The balance is due
no later than 56 days before the date of departure. Cancellation
fees apply.
Speed Chills
membership must be paid in full in addition to the self-drive
package deposit
within 30 days of booking.
7. Don't forget
your insurance.
Travel Insurance is
essential when you’re travelling as it provides protection against
financial loss resulting from your trip being cancelled or
delayed, theft of valuables, medical expenses and even legal or
personal liability expenses you may incur whilst on your holiday.
Most comprehensive travel insurance policies include an emergency
assistance element to ensure that you are cared for and returned
home in the event of a medical emergency.
We strongly recommend
that you and all members of your party are adequately insured as
soon as you book your holiday. Indeed it is a condition of booking
that you must have insurance cover and by accepting the terms of
your booking with us, you confirm that you have done so. |
